The modern print MIS
built around the way your business works.

TITAN brings quoting, customers, jobs, production, stock and reporting into one carefully designed platform — clearer information, faster workflows and greater control for print companies.

  • Built for print

Estimating, production and stock logic designed for print work — not adapted from generic project tools.

  • From enquiry to delivery

One record of every customer, quote, job, delivery and invoice, connected end to end.

  • Clear production visibility

Design and production boards show exactly where every job is, without asking around.

  • Configurable around you

Work centres, workflow stages, custom fields and per-company branding adapt to your operation.

The problem

Print businesses don't fail at printing. They lose money between systems.

When quoting lives in a spreadsheet, jobs live in email and production lives on a whiteboard, every handover is a chance for detail — and margin — to go missing.

Quotes built in spreadsheets that only one person understands

The same job details typed into three different systems

Production priorities decided from memory and hallway conversations

Artwork approvals buried in email threads

Stock levels checked by walking to the shelf

Nobody sure which jobs actually made money

TITAN is the connected operational layer underneath all of it — one system where the quote becomes the job, the job drives production, and the numbers report themselves.

The platform

Capabilities

Everything a print operation runs on

Each module solves a specific operational problem — and because they share one database, they solve it together.

CRM and enquiries

The problem:
Customer knowledge lives in inboxes and leaves when people do.
With TITAN:
Every business, contact, note, tag and activity in one place — with custom fields, contact lists and CSV import/export.
The result:
Anyone can pick up an account and see its full history in seconds.

Estimating and quoting

The problem:
Spreadsheet estimating is slow, inconsistent and fragile.
With TITAN:
Five calculators — digital, wide-format, outsourced, multi-item and vehicle wrap — with quantity breaks, margin control, revisions, templates and discount approvals.
The result:
Quotes go out faster, priced consistently, with margins protected.

Job management

The problem:
Once a quote is won, the details scatter across emails and paper.
With TITAN:
Accepted quotes convert to numbered jobs carrying the full specification, artwork, purchase orders, notes and status history.
The result:
One operational record per job, from acceptance to invoice.

Production planning

The problem:
Production runs on whiteboards and memory.
With TITAN:
Drag-and-drop design and production boards, configurable work centres and operations, plus a shop-floor view with live time capture.
The result:
Priorities are visible to everyone — and actual time is recorded against jobs.

Stock and purchasing

The problem:
Material shortages are discovered mid-job.
With TITAN:
Stock items with transactions and reservations, supplier records and price lists, purchase orders and goods-received tracking.
The result:
Materials are reserved before production starts, not hunted for after.

Wide-format and exhibitions

The problem:
Complex display work is quoted from experience and guesswork.
With TITAN:
A dedicated exhibition module: panels generated from entered dimensions, compatible bars and components, flooring, edging, graphics, lettering and labour — itemised into structured quote categories.
The result:
Complex stands become clear, repeatable quotes and build documents.

Reporting and dashboards

The problem:
Performance questions take a day of spreadsheet work to answer.
With TITAN:
Reports for overview, customers, quotes, profitability, job costing, capacity and spoilage — driven by live operational data.
The result:
Estimated versus actual, by customer or job, on demand.

Administration and permissions

The problem:
Everyone sees everything, or nobody can do anything.
With TITAN:
Role-based access for admin, sales, design, production and accounts teams, with audit history and per-company settings.
The result:
People see what their job needs — and changes are traceable.

Exhibitions and display

Complex stand builds, quoted like products

Exhibition work usually lives in one estimator's head. TITAN's exhibition module turns stand dimensions into structured bills of materials — and structured bills of materials into clear, itemised quotes and production documents.

  • Shell scheme and space-only stands
  • Panels generated from entered dimensions
  • Automatic selection of compatible bars and components
  • Plywood flooring, lino coverings and edging strips
  • Printed graphics, vinyl and acrylic lettering
  • Build labour, site days and logistics

Every element becomes a quote line in a logical category — structure, panels, flooring, graphics, labour — and flows into floor plans, cutting plans and picking lists for the build team.

Why TITAN

Chosen for how it works. Kept for how it feels.

MIS software has a reputation: powerful, dated and painful. TITAN was built to be the exception.

Built specifically for print workflows

Quote calculators, production boards and stock logic follow how print work actually moves — estimate, artwork, press, finish, deliver.

A modern, fast interface

A clean, considered interface with light and dark modes, designed to be quick for the people using it all day.

Approvals without friction

Customers approve artwork from a secure link on any device — no account, no login, with a recorded decision trail.

Connected information

The quote, the job, the stock, the delivery and the invoice reference each other — so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost.

Your brand throughout

Per-company logos, accent colours and domains on quotes, portals and proof pages your customers see.

Decisions from data

Job costing compares estimated against actual, so pricing improves with every job you run.

Security and control

Your operation's data, treated like it matters

Access control

Role-based permissions across five staff roles, account lockout on repeated failed sign-ins, and forced password changes when needed.

Data separation

Each company’s data is isolated at the platform level. Customer-facing portals and proof links are scoped to exactly one contact.

Auditability

Activity logs on customer records, price change history and audit views help you trace who changed what, and when.

Implementation

A calm, honest path to going live

No big-bang cutover, no six-month consulting project. A structured setup shaped around your operation.

  1. 1

    Understand the business

We start with how you quote, produce and deliver today — not with software.

  2. 2

    Configure TITAN

Work centres, products, materials, rates and branding set up around your operation.

  3. 3

    Import essential information

Customers and contacts come across via CSV import, so day one isn’t an empty screen.

  4. 4

    Train the team

Role-by-role walkthroughs: sales quote, studio proofs, production books time.

  5. 5

    Launch and refine

Go live on real work, then tune workflows and reports as your team settles in.

A demonstration takes under an hour, uses examples from your kind of work, and leaves you with a clear picture of what would change.

FAQ

Questions print companies ask us

What is a print MIS?

A print MIS (management information system) is the operational backbone of a print company. It connects estimating, quoting, customer records, job management, production, stock and invoicing in one system, so information flows from the first enquiry to the final delivery without being retyped.

Who is TITAN designed for?

Print businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools — commercial and digital printers, wide-format and signage companies, and businesses that build exhibition stands and display work.

Can TITAN support different types of print work?

Yes. TITAN includes dedicated quote calculators for digital print, wide-format, outsourced work, multi-item jobs and vehicle wraps, plus a specialised module for exhibition stand projects with panels, structure, flooring, graphics and labour.

Can we configure TITAN around our workflow?

Work centres, workflow stages, custom fields, job labels, labour rates, materials and finishing processes are all configurable. Your branding — logo, accent colour and domain — appears on customer-facing documents and portals.

Can existing customer and product information be imported?

Customers and contacts can be imported from CSV. Materials, products and rates are set up during onboarding. For migrations from other systems, we’ll assess your export data as part of implementation planning.

Does TITAN support multiple users and permission levels?

Yes. TITAN has role-based access for admin, sales, design, production and accounts users, plus a separate customer portal login for your clients and a simplified shop-floor view for production staff.

Can TITAN integrate with other software?

TITAN includes a Xero integration for accounts, and a REST API with API keys for connecting other systems. Webhook support is in development — talk to us about the integrations that matter to your business.

How does implementation work?

We follow a five-step process: understand the business, configure TITAN, import essential information, train the team, then launch and refine. Timescales depend on the size and complexity of your operation — we’ll give you an honest estimate after the first conversation.

How do I arrange a demonstration?

Use the "Book a demo" button anywhere on this site and tell us a little about your business. We’ll arrange a time and walk through TITAN using examples relevant to your kind of work.
