When you submit the demonstration request form we collect your name, work email address, company name and any optional details you choose to provide (telephone number, team size, message). We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration. This site does not use third-party tracking cookies.

Information processed in the TITAN application

For signed-in customers, TITAN processes business data (customers, contacts, quotes, jobs, financial documents) on behalf of the subscribing company, which remains the data controller. Access is restricted by user accounts and role-based permissions, and each company's data is segregated within the platform.

Retention and your rights

Demonstration enquiries are retained while relevant to a potential engagement. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the demonstration request form.
